Most of our products are handmade. As a result, slight variations may exist with sizing and color. No two items are exactly the same, making each piece a unique work of art.
sandals
Our sandals are made of high quality leather. As with all good leather products, there is a break in period. During this time, the leather will stretch to conform to the contours of your feet. We suggest breaking them in slowly, wearing them just a short while to start, and increasing the wear time as they stretch.

inventory
We do our best to have our products available at all times. However, our stock is provided by small manufacturers and suppliers. Unlike large factories that mass produce products, time and care goes into the hand crafting of our items. This makes for a slightly longer production process. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
packaging and shipping
In an effort to cut down on the use of paper and plastics, we use minimal packaging. This practice does not compromise the condition of your items during the shipping process. It just helps us in doing our part to help protect our envrionment.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please feel free to return it to us. We can provide you with a shop credit or a refund, providing the items are returned in the condition that they were sent, within 21 days of the purchase date.
